RCFoamCutter guarantees supplying high quality low cost CNC hot wire foam cutters to its customers. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the machine as restrictions bellow:

When returning a product, you must first Contact RCFoamCutter via e-mail: info@rcfoamcutter.com for RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. In your package, please include a TYPED return address and a brief explanation of the problem. In any warranty claim, dated proof of purchase (original RCFoamCutter.com invoice or copy) must accompany the product. Return shipping must be shipped prepaid in a container suitable to protect the product from transit damage (preferably in its original boxes/pallet/crate it was received in), and should be insured for the product price. Padded mailers will NOT provide adequate protection for any RCFoamCutter products, and cardbox containers must be large enough to provide room for the product and protective padding around it.
After receiving an RMA# from RCFoamCutter, properly pack the device for shipping, marking the shipping box with the RMA#.

Returns can be made within 14 days of acceptance/delivery of machine and must be in new and working condition. Machines returned must be shipped prepaid by the customer. RCFoamCutter will not reimburse for shipping to and from the customer. All returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on custom machinery or used machines sold "as is". Customer will be charged for any damage to any of the parts including bent screws, scratched paint. All parts must be shipped back in its original packing.
